Hopefully at least one more spinning class this week…
It’s been a while since my last post, apologies. A nice long weekend, but unfortunately lacking in exercise.
Friday was the usual great spinning class, nothing new to report, other than I’m still feeling coldy (if that’s a real word).
This weekend was a bit poor on the exercise front, mainly due to lack of free time, my desire to read, going out and meeting friends – good excuses?
Back on it next/this week though…
