So the definition of a mixed day…
Another mixed day – definitely a speciality of mine.
Lots and lots of work: so much that I couldn’t make my lunch-time spinning class.
I had to make do doing a solo spin after work. I went through my final fantasy soundtrack, but unfortunately my play list was on shuffle – rather distracting (due to inappropriately placed warm down tracks)!
This was followed by a nice, large, unhealthy pizza – sigh.
Hopefully nice weather soon for running…
